"For several months, my son, Jonathan and I had been talking about buying a house. I didn’t feel ready and kept procrastinating. Finally, I spoke with Charline Montrose, who made many suggestions. Other agents in Westmount whom we met looked down on us or tried to sell us houses in other neighborhoods. However Pat was able to find us a beautiful townhouse on Lansdowne north of Sherbrooke, which we paid $203 000 for (just $3000 over our budget) following an intense negotiation.
In 1998 we were relocated to another city and we asked Pat to help us sell our house. She was learning about Feng Shui and proposed small decorative changes , especially in rooms that had not yet been renovated and did not show well.
